You'll need the Hats located inside the lid of the Single Sword Box            to open this box. 

STOP BEFORE YOU CONTINUE: This is a tricky lock.  If you think you have the correct answer, but the lock is not opening, realign the numbers again, PERFECTLY between the two arrows and give it a FIRM tug to open the lock. If it's not opening, then you can continue with the hints.
